2. What data we collect

When you place an order or browse our store, we may collect your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, order details, payment information (processed by our payment providers, not stored by us) and technical information such as your IP address and device type.

We use your data to process and deliver your orders, contact you about your purchase, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and improve our website and services. We only send marketing emails if you have opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.

We only share your data with trusted third parties we need to run our business, including Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment providers, our fulfilment partners and delivery carriers.
