Shipping & Delivery Policy

Important Notice: Some recent orders may experience slight delays in tracking code updates due to high global logistics demand. However, the processing time and total shipping time remain our priority.

Arkon Pet operates with the following shipping policy:

1. International Shipping

1.1. Purchase Policy: All orders are processed and fulfilled directly from our partnered international fulfillment centers in Asia. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure high-quality standards and secure packaging for every item before it is dispatched to our customers' addresses.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery takes on average from 7 to 20 business days (after the product is posted), depending on your location within the UK.

  • Processing Time: The shipment of the product is carried out within 1 to 5 business days after the confirmation of payment in our system.

Tracking: We guarantee a tracking code for the customer to follow the progress of their order delivery. Attention: In certain cases, this delivery period may extend for a few more business days due to delays, strikes, recesses, periods of high demand at Royal Mail or other couriers, and other situations beyond the store's control.

Delivery Guarantee: The store guarantees the delivery of the order. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the delivery process. All products are posted with insurance against loss and with free internet tracking; the delivery of your product is 100% guaranteed.

1.2. Insured Shipping If the product is delayed and not delivered within 45 business days of posting (excluding cases beyond the store's control, such as incorrect address provided by the customer), the amount paid will be 100% refunded.

Attention: If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched in separate packages to ensure faster delivery and optimization of logistics. If you receive one product first, please rest assured that the others are on their way.

1.3. Order Tracking Products will be shipped via Royal Mail or other local couriers (such as Evri or DPD). There will always be a Tracking Code that will enable the customer to follow the progress of the delivery. Arkon Pet commits to instructing the customer on how to track the products.

  • The tracking code for the order is provided from 3 to 7 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • The tracking code may take 3 to 5 business days to start showing shipping information on the carrier's website.


2. General Conditions

2.1. Addressing Care Arkon Pet will arrange for the products to be sent to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, to avoid any obstacles to the delivery of your order, please pay attention when filling in the address (and Postcode) where you wish to receive your order.

2.2. Absent Recipient Please ensure there will be someone at the address to receive your products, or a safe place designated. Couriers typically make two or three delivery attempts. If there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the nearest Sorting Office or Collection Point. In this case, it will be necessary for the recipient to collect the package within 7 calendar days.

If the recipient does not collect the package, per courier regulations, the package will return to the sender/warehouse. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the agency where the recipient must collect their package in case of absence, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be followed on the carrier's website using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Arkon Pet is not responsible for the incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address of orders placed in the store. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, per courier regulations, the package will return to the sender, and no further delivery attempts will be made at that address.

2.4. Premium Shipping Option Standard tracked shipping is free for all orders. However, we also offer a Priority Processing + Shipping Insurance option at checkout for £2.99. Selecting this option moves your order to the front of our fulfillment queue for faster dispatch and provides full insurance cover in the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit.
