Their name and your postcode, always with them.

Even the best-behaved dog can slip a lead or follow a good smell a little too far. A clear, engraved ID tag means whoever finds them can get them home. Our bone-shaped tag is engraved with your details and arrives with its split ring already attached, ready to clip onto any collar, including our Heritage collar.

Why owners choose it

  • Personalised for you: two lines of engraving, your name and your address, entered in the boxes above when you order.
  • Easy to read: clear lettering on a smooth, polished bone-shaped tag.
  • Three finishes: silver, gold or black, to suit your dog's collar and coat.
  • Split ring included: the tag comes with its metal ring attached, so it goes straight onto the collar's D-ring. Nothing extra to buy.

What's in the box

One engraved bone-shaped ID tag with a split ring attached.

What to put on the tag

In the UK, the Control of Dogs Order 1992 requires dogs in public places to wear a collar with the owner's name and address on it or on an attached tag. A house number and postcode is a common way to fit the address on a small tag, which is exactly what our two lines are for.

A tag works alongside your dog's microchip, which is also a legal requirement in the UK, and doesn't replace it.

Please note

Each tag is engraved to order exactly as you type it, so please check spelling and spacing before you add it to your basket. Because it is personalised, it can only be returned if it arrives faulty or with an engraving error on our part.

The smallest thing on the collar, and one of the most important.
