These measurements are a guide: every breed and body shape is a little different, so please measure your dog carefully. If your dog is between sizes, or has a thick coat, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.

Which size should I choose?
Go by the chest: measure around the widest part, just behind the front legs, and pop the number into Find my size at the top of this page, or compare it with the table in the description. Will it fit over a harness?
Yes. There's an opening on the back so you can clip your lead straight to the harness underneath, with no coat-over-harness wrestling at the front door.
Will it keep my dog dry?
It keeps the worst of the rain off the back, sides and neck, where a dog soaks through first, so you're towelling paws rather than the whole dog. It's a lightweight, water-resistant raincoat rather than a full body suit, so on a long downpour legs and tummy will still get wet. A CosyWrap by the door takes care of the rest.
Will it rub or get in the way?
It's light, leaves the legs free, and the adjustable belly strap lets you fine-tune the fit so it doesn't slide about while they trot and sniff. Rubbing is usually a sign of the wrong size, so measure the chest first. If anything looks tight, send us a photo and we'll help put it right.
Will my dog be seen on dark walks?
The reflective trim picks up car headlights and torchlight, and the four bright colours are easier to spot on a grey afternoon. For unlit lanes and pitch-dark evenings, add a clip-on light such as our NightBeacon.
When will it arrive, and are there any extra fees?
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days from our partner fulfilment centres in Asia. Most arrive within 8–14 days of ordering; please allow up to 18. Every parcel is tracked and delivery is free. VAT and import duties are already included in the price, so there's nothing extra to pay on the doorstep.
What if it doesn't fit?
Get in touch first and we'll help put it right. Send us a quick photo of your dog wearing the coat and a photo of the chest measurement, and we'll find the best way to sort it out together. You can also return an item within 30 days; as our returns centre is overseas, return postage is paid by you. Full returns policy.

How do I clean it?
Most days it just needs a wipe: let the mud dry, brush it off, then sponge it down with lukewarm water and a little mild soap. Hang it to air-dry away from radiators. For a deeper clean, please check the care label first.

I love that it has a gap for the lead to the back ring on the harness! Its absolutely waterproof, the rain literally just runs off it which kept her super dry! ....the same couldnt be said about me!
Its also great that there is a good size pocket on the back which is handy for poo bags.
Another wonderful bonus is the reflective strips...now we are in our winter months some walks are in the dark, so its a godsend that we can be easily seen with the reflective strips.
